Many owners on the Costa del Sol no longer dare to rent long-term. New housing rules, rent caps and eviction procedures that can take a year or more make a traditional long-term tenancy feel like a risk. Our mid-term model is the middle ground. We rent your apartment furnished for 2 to 11 months at a time, to carefully selected tenants with a verified income, such as remote workers, professionals on assignment and international families. Short, temporary contracts mean you stay in control: no indefinite tenancy, regular check-ins, and the apartment comes back to you at the end of every contract. And you don't need a tourist licence (VFT).
